Our dancers have been doing such a wonderful job! Mark your calendars now for our Parent Observation Week coming up in December (see below for dates).

Please read through this Newsletter for important updates, upcoming events, and information about invoicing and tuition payments. If you have any questions contact my Office Manager, Beth Scalzitti at beth@pointegrace.com.

Please remember to pull your child’s hair up in a ponytail or bun on ballet days, and don’t forget to send the dance bag. Also, as the weather gets cooler, the dancers may need a light sweater to wear at dance class over their leotard, as we do not control the temperature settings at our school locations.

Upcoming Dates and Holiday Closures

 Thanksgiving Break – all locations closed – November 20th – 25th

 “Land of the Sweets” – December 2nd and 9th

 Parent Observation Days – Starting December 14th (see below for your child’s date to observe)

Holiday Break – the studio is closed Dec 21st – Jan 3rd

Dance classes at school or preschool locations follow the calendar for that school for holiday closings.

Plan to bring your little ballerina to Pointe of Grace’s “Land of the Sweets”. The Ensemble Dancers will perform selected holiday dances, we’ll have a fun craft activity, and a sweet treat to take home. An email with the details and a Signupgenius link will be sent out on Thursday, November 16.

Parents are invited to come watch your child’s class perform holiday dances. (All Parent Observation times are during your child’s regular class time unless otherwise noted.)

Tuition Invoices and Payments

Monthly tuition invoices are emailed out on the 20th of the month, and are due the following month. For example, the invoice you received on September 20th is for October tuition, and is due BY October 10th. There is a late fee of $15 for unpaid accounts, assessed after the 10th of the month.
