Covid-19 information – our procedures can be found here. If we need to update or revise these procedures we will notify everyone via email. As a reminder, our current Illness Policy is to keep your dancer home if she/he is exhibiting signs of illness, and to stay home if anyone in your family or household is showing symptoms of covid or has been diagnosed with it. We also ask that you please let Beth or I know if you have had a positive diagnosis in your household.

Tuition/Invoices – Tuition invoices have gone out for everyone for August & September. October invoices will come out on Sept 20th. Invoices are sent via email from our system and may end up in your spam or promotions folders. Invoices can be paid online through Paypal or Square, or you can send a check or cash with your child. Please make checks out to Pointe of Grace, and if you send in payment put it in an envelope with your child’s name on it so that we credit the correct account. Students at school/preschool locations – please do not give payments to your child’s teacher – put them in their dance bag. If you did not receive an invoice, please contact my Office Manager, Beth, for assistance. If you would like to set up automatic payments for your child’s dance tuition please fill out the form and Beth will get you set up.

Refer a Friend/Class Openings – Several of our classes are full or nearly full, but we do have space remaining in some classes. Please share our registration page with friends. We are very grateful for all our parents’ support and encouragement in keeping our dance studio going strong. Dancers who Refer a Friend to the studio may pick a prize out of our prize box. Communication – Newsletters are posted to our website under News and sent to the email address on file. If you prefer that we use an alternate email address or would like to add a secondary contact please let my Office Manager, Beth or I know and we will change/add it.

Pointe of Grace Logo T-shirts – we are placing our T-shirt order this week and taking orders through Wednesday, Sept 15th. If you preordered a T-shirt during class Registration your shirt will be delivered to your child when they come in (approx 2 weeks). If you haven’t ordered a T-shirt, please fill out this form to order one.
