Happy New Year! We hope that you all had a great break and were able to relax over the holidays. This Newsletter includes upcoming dates to mark on your calendar, Summer Camp dates and registration information, updates about our Spring Recital, and a few other reminders.
Your dancer may wear a form fitting long sleeve shirt or dance sweater as sometimes the studio is a little chilly as we get started. (Please no jackets as they tend to be bulkier and hard to dance in.)

Summer Camp Information
We have two Early Registration dates – if you register for camp by March 15th you save $50 off the camp fee listed below. Register between March 16th and April 15th and save $25. After April 16th all camps are full price.
June 20-24 Half day “Princesses & Pirates” Camp for Preschool (age 2.5) to finished PreK
9:30AM-12:30PM
Cost: $175
June 20-24 Half Day “Princesses & Pirates” Camp – K-2nd Grade
1:00PM-5:00PM
Cost: $200
(5 year olds who have had ballet with POG can take this camp with teacher recommendation)
July 18-22 Full Day “Princesses & Pirates” Camp – Finished K-3rd Grade
9:30AM-3:30PM
Cost: $300
(Rising K students who have had ballet with POG can take this camp with teacher recommendation)

Tuition Invoices – We have had some parents reach out regarding automatic card payments for tuition invoices. If you have inadvertently set your invoice payments to automatically charge your card via Square, and want to turn that function off or change to a different date, please reach out to Beth for assistance.
Communication – Newsletters are posted to our website under News and sent to the email address on file. If you prefer that we use an alternate email address or would like to add a secondary contact please let my Office Manager, Beth or I know and we will change/add it.
Inclement Weather – If we have any changes to our class schedule, we will send out an email to parents and post a notice on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Recital Updates – We will have TWO shows in Recital – those details will be sent out in the February Newsletter with a list of which classes will perform in each show and additional Rehearsal dates. Please note we have added dates below for when Recital Tickets go on sale, Costume Check, and Recital Pictures at the Studio.

*Dancers can wear their swimsuit or beach themed attire to dance class next week as we all look forward to summer fun and our Summer Camps!

Silly Sock/Tights/Legwarmers Week – Mon, Feb 28 – Sat, Mar 5
Dancers can wear silly socks, patterned tights, or legwarmers to dance this week.
Summer Class Registration Opens – Tues, Mar 15th
Recital Tickets on Sale – Thurs, Mar 31st

Spring Break – Mon, Apr 4 – Sat, Apr 8 – studio closed
*Saturday classes do have class on Sat, Apr 2nd
Costume Check – Fri, Apr 29 or Sun, May 1
We will have our Costume Check via Zoom. More details and a signup will come out in April.
Recital Pictures – Fri, May 13-Sat, May 15
Pictures will be at our studio. Full details and a signup will come out in March.
Closed for Memorial Day Holiday – Mon, May 30th
Dress Rehearsal & Recital – Sat, Jun 4 & Sun, Jun 5 – Mark your calendars for our Recital. We will be at Decatur High School.
