Ad Size

2.5″ wide × 4″ high

We recommend 1 photo or logo and limited text so that the ad stands out well.

File Requirements

High-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF

Please do not include bleed marks in your file.

Ad Placement

The Pointe of Grace team will determine placement of all ads in the Recital Program.

Submission

Email completed ads to ads@pointegrace.com

  • Ads designed by you: Due April 15

  • Ads using our optional design service (available for an additional fee at checkout): Materials due March 25

Need help creating your ad? A graphic designer can create a clean, polished advertisement for you. This service includes basic ad layout using the materials you provide. After completing your purchase, please email the following to ads@pointegrace.com : • Your business logo or photos (high resolution preferred) • Website or social media link to include • Contact information • Any required colors (HEX codes preferred if available) • The exact text you would like included in the ad The graphic designer will reach out if any clarification is needed and will provide a proof for approval. Two revisions are included after the initial proof is provided. Additional revisions may incur additional design fees. Materials for ads using the design service must be submitted by **March 25** to allow time for design and approval before printing.
