This is a preschool ballet class for boys and girls. They will learn balance, rhythm, listening skills, patterns, left and right discrimination and the beginnings of ballet. This class is for preschool and preK age children.

Dress Code: Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Boys: black or navy shorts and a white T-shirt, black ballet shoes. Please see the Dress Code requirements here.

All dancers need to bring a water bottle.

Age/Grade: 3 – 4 year olds

Day/Time: This class is on Tuesdays from 4:15pm-5:00pm. Class starts on Tuesday, August 22nd.

Optional Add-on Discovering Acro class: You may add-on the Preschool Discovering Acro class to this class. The AcroDance class is on Tuesdays from 3:45-4:15pm. Girls who take both classes will need convertible tights instead of footed tights so they can go barefoot for the Acro portion. AcroDance is a fusion of the fluid movements of dance and the difficult tricks of acrobatics. Classes focus on flexibility, strength, contortionism, as well as a combination of modern, contemporary and jazz dance. Discovering AcroDance introduces this class to our beginner students. Please select one of the  “Acro add-on” tickets if you would like to register your child for it which includes the prorated tuition for August for both classes. 

Tuition & Fees: Registration Fee of $35 and prorated August tuition is due upon registering to save a space for your child. If your child is only taking Ballet, the August tuition is $27.50, if your child is taking Ballet & Acro, the August tuition is $42.50.

Monthly tuition $55 per month for Ballet only, and is $75 per month for Ballet & Acro, with a full month tuition paid for September through May. Costume and Recital Fees for our 2024 Recital will be due by December 15th. More information will be sent out to parents by the end of October about Costume & Recital Fees.
