Dear Parents,
We had a fantastic time celebrating HalloWeek and welcoming you during our recent Parent Observation! We’re excited to announce another Parent Observation week coming up in December, from the 15th through the 20th-mark your calendars!
Please read through this entire email for important information about Recital & Costume Fee Invoices, Land of the Sweets event, Holiday Closures, Nutcracker Dance Night Out, and more. As a reminder, our Recital & Dress Rehearsal dates are May 29th-May 31st . Recital is at Decatur High School – please make sure you have marked these dates on your calendar. Our Recital Theme for this year is Happily Ever After!
A few quick class reminders:
- Hair needs to be in a ponytail, braid, or bun for dance class.
- Please remind your dancer to go to the restroom before they start class. Especially with our preschoolers, if one child needs to use the restroom they all do and that takes up a lot of our class time.
- Parking lot safety: As the time has changed and it’s getting dark earlier, please make sure to watch out for others in the parking lot when pulling in or out. Hold hands with dancers and look out for cars. If you pull up to drop off please make sure they exit from the passenger side next to the sidewalk. Please do not park and wait in front of the studio as we don’t want to block other businesses. Walk up to pick up your child at the end of class. AND do not block the handicap accessible ramp in front of Magnolia.
If you have any questions, please reach out to my Office Manager, Beth, or I.

Director, Pointe of Grace

- Payment Timeline:
- For families with autocharge setup: We’ll charge your card on December 15. If you need to use a different payment method for this please let us know by Dec 10th so we can adjust.

Each dance family will receive an email with a breakdown of Recital & Costume fees. An email will be sent out to families with autocharge setup on Dec 10 to remind them that the amount will be charged on Dec 15. We’re looking forward to a fantastic Recital!
