Dear Parents,

We’ve had a great start to our fall dance classes! Please read through this Newsletter for a few reminders about Bring a Friend week, Attire, our Handbook, REMIND text messages, Spiritwear orders, invoices, and alternate contact info. You should receive a printed copy of this Newsletter and our Handbook from your dancer this week or next week. Attire Reminder: Hair needs to be pulled up in a ponytail or bun for class. Please remember to send in your dancer’s dance bag each week. For preschool/school classes – please make sure that the dance bag is large enough to fit their regular clothing and shoes – so that we don’t end up with misplaced items. Our pretty new jade leotards are pictured here.

Note for classes in preschools/schools:One of the skills we encourage in our dancers is that they can dress themselves for ballet, and dress themselves in their regular clothing and shoes after class – please help your child to be successful in mastering this skill by sending them in clothing and shoes that they can put on themselves, ie, velcro or slip on shoes instead of laces for the little ones.Please practice putting on tights at home!!

Bring a Friend: Bring a friend to try out dance class next week at our studio. Some of our school locations have spaces – so if your child is at Intown, IHM, Horizon, FBC – you can bring a friend also. You and your friend can save $10 off October tuition if your friend registers for classes. Please RSVP to us at info@pointegrace.com to let us know your friend will be coming to class.

Spiritwear Orders: We are sending home a Spiritwear order form with the Newsletter. Order forms are due to your child’s dance teacher by October 15th. You can send in cash or a check, or we can invoice you if you’d like to pay with a card (minimum $10 purchase for cards and a $1 surcharge will be added).

Handbook: Please see the Handbook for information regarding Communication, Tuition invoices and payment methods, Upcoming dates and Holiday closures, Dress code, and Pointe of Grace General Information and Rules.

REMIND Text Messages: We will be adding the phone number on file to our REMIND within the next week. You will get a notification when you are added to the REMIND group for dance.

Parent Contact Information: If you prefer that we use an alternate phone number or email address or would like to add a secondary contact please let my Office Manager, Beth or I know and we will change/add it.

Tuition/Payments: Please contact Beth if you have questions about your account or if you have not received an invoice from us. New students – October tuition invoices will be emailed out on Friday.
