Dear Parents,

This Fall marks 16 years of dance at Pointe of Grace, and we couldn’t be more excited! Each season brings new faces and fresh energy alongside our dedicated returning families. Thank you all for entrusting us with your dancer(s) – we look forward to making this year one full of growth, joy, and memorable moments on and off the stage.

Please read through this email carefully for important information about Bring a Friend Week Sept 22-27, tuition, holiday closures, upcoming events, and more. Several of our classes are full, but we still have openings in quite a few – details are below. Feel free to share with friends, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or our Office Manager, Beth.

Our Spiritwear store is coming soon – be on the lookout for a separate email once the store is open.

👯 Bring a Friend Week – Sept 22-27!

All dancers are invited to bring a friend to dance class next week!

  • Friends can join them in class.
  • Dancers may also explore a different style of dance during the week. (Studio classes only, please.)
  • Please RSVP here.

💳 Tuition Invoices & Payments
You should have received a separate email regarding tuition and invoice updates. If you have questions about payment policies or how your dance account is setup, please don’t hesitate to ask. You can also find tuition rates and payment details here. 🚗 Drop-off & Pick-up Reminders
Please park and walk your child to the lobby for drop-off. Do not park on the curb or block neighboring businesses. Children should wear regular shoes in the parking lot to protect their dance shoes. Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby or return for pickup after class.📢 Communication & Emails
We regularly send newsletters and updates via email and also post information on our Facebook and Instagram. The person who filled out the registration form is our primary contact. If you’d like to add another contact to our email or text list, please reach out to Beth. For urgent matters, email is the best way to reach us.🌧 Weather & Closures
In case of schedule changes or closures due to weather, we will notify parents via email and post on social media. For last-minute changes, we will also send text alerts.📅 Holiday Closures & Upcoming Dates

  • Sept 22-27: Bring a Friend to Dance Week – Dancers at the studio can invite a friend to class. Please RSVP here.
  • Oct 24 – Halloween Dance Night Out (6:30–10pm) – Register here.
  • Oct 24-30 – HalloWeek & Parent Observation
    • Studio dancers may wear costumes.
    • School dancers may wear spooky socks or fun hair accessories.
    • Parents are invited to observe the last 15 minutes of class.
  • Oct 31 – No classes at the studio (Halloween)
  • Nov 17-22 – Silly Sock Week (fun socks or leg warmers encouraged)
  • Nov 24-29 – Studio closed for Thanksgiving Break (Saturday classes will meet on Nov 22)
  • Dec 5 & 6 – Land of the Sweets (details to come)
  • Dec 12 – Nutcracker Dance Night Out (6:30–10pm) – Register here.
  • Dec 15-20 – Holiday Dances & Parent Observation Week
  • Dec 22-Jan 3, 2026 – Studio closed for Winter Break (classes resume Jan 5)
  • Jan 19, 2026 – Studio closed for MLK Jr. Holiday
  • Apr 4-11, 2026 – Studio closed for Spring Break
  • May 12-17, 2026 – Final week of regular classes
  • May 19-28, 2026 – Studio rehearsals (specific schedules will be sent in February)
  • May 29-31, 2026 – Dress Rehearsal & Recital (mark your calendars!)

Please note, our classes at schools/preschools follow that location’s schedule, and there will be no class at those sites during school closures.

If you know someone who is looking for a class, or if your dancer wants to try something new, we still have a few openings in these fun options. Note they can come try a class this week or next – just let us know.

  • Monday 10:30-11:15am Toddler Time – perfect for little ones to explore music and movement.
  • Tuesday 7:15-8pm Tap I/II – ideal for dancers wanting to expand their skills and try a brand-new style!
  • Saturday 9-10am Ballet – a wonderful foundation for technique and grace.
  • Saturday 10-11:30am Ballet/Jazz – a lively class that blends classical ballet with upbeat jazz.
